While the hotel has some appealing aspects like cleanliness and good food, it unfortunately fell short in various areas, especially service and facilities. My experience with the staff was a mix of friendliness and unhelpfulness, and I found the dining options to be quite limited, driving me to seek meals outside frequently. Overall, the hotel is decent but definitely has room for improvement.

Initially, the garden room and the alternative room we tried seemed alright, but I found them to be quite basic and lacking crucial amenities like an iron and properly functioning air conditioning. The LED mirror that was supposed to be a highlight was broken. Rating: 6/10
Service
The service was hit-and-miss. While some staff were fairly efficient, others were quite unhelpful, particularly at the reception. I had to wait a long time for issues to be resolved. Rating: 5/10

The hotel is in a nice area of Rhodes which is convenient for exploring. However, the distance from certain attractions may be an issue for some, especially since many guests were in town for conferences. Rating: 7/10
